３．Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

We will not provide or disclose Personal Information we obtain to third parties, except in the following cases.

In cases based on laws and regulations, such as when a formal request for cooperation or inquiry has been made by a person who has legal authority to make such inquiries, or in other cases where the APPI permits provision of Personal Information to a third party without the consent of the data subject;
2. In cases where Personal information is entrusted to an agent, shipping company, etc. in order to ship products or perform various services, etc.;
3. In cases where Personal information is jointly used with group companies as described in the following paragraph.

４．Guidance and supervision of joint users and subcontractors

We will implement necessary and reasonable safety measures and appropriate information security measures in order to maintain the accuracy and up-to-dateness of Personal Information, manage Personal Information securely, and prevent Personal Information from being taken out, lost, altered, leaked, or illegally accessed from outside.

６．Disclosure, Correction, etc., and Suspension of Use, etc. of Personal Information

We recognize that data subjects have the right to request disclosure, correction, etc., suspension of use, etc., of his/her Personal Information.
